“All these innovations wouldn’t become effective without a tangible safety culture and leadership.”
It is tangible: incorporating modern technology improves workplace safety from risk and hazardous environments.
Workplace safety is a crucial aspect in IXM. It not only protects employees from potential harm but also ensures the smooth functioning of operations. We take the responsibility to seek out technology driven ergonomic solutions to make workforce safer. In 2024, launching of IXM golden rules was key to settle our technology innovations: Improved PPE with lighter + endurance, driver fatigue sensor, LED fences, machine telemetric, reporting and training app tool, high definition cctv, improved SCADA instruments, environ sensors and innovated tag/lock devices.

As businesses navigate the challenges and opportunities of technology advancements, every day we foresee new setting for standards for workplace safety. All innovations in place wouldn’t become effective without a tangible safety culture and leadership.
We encouraged ambitious plan for 2025:
1. Link security access with documentary control (Saas solution)
2. Full digitalization of High-Risk work permitting flow, PPE management, HME live checklist and operation inputs.
3. Complete safety training migration to digital/interactive content and adhere to Go-Skills for local/global extension.
4. Test wearable devices on workers and AI analytics in heavy equipment telemetric and safety software.
