On Dec 9th 2020, Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone (WGQ FTZ, Shanghai, China) celebrated its 30th anniversary. IXM Shanghai, subsidiary of IXM, top tier global base metals merchant fully owned by CMOC, was rewarded the prize of 2019 top 100 enterprises in WGQ FTZ, with 2019 sales revenue among the top 35 companies in the region. On this occasion, Boris Feiguel, IXM CFO China, received this prize on behalf of the company.

It’s IXM Shanghai’s 2nd prize awarded by the local government because of outstanding contribution in turnover, employment and tax.

Since its establishment in 2012, IXM Shanghai has been based in Pudong Free trade Zone, which WGQ FTZ is a part of. IXM Shanghai enjoyed favorable policies such as tax refund, custom quick clearance and company development support. In the meantime,  IXM’s rapid growth fueled outstanding contribution to GDP, tax, and local employment.

Currently following the new promotion of LingGang FTZ where IXM Shanghai is registered (a new special area also in Pudong FTZ), the company is working closely with local government to explore further business and cooperation opportunities.”
