The first initiative was the official opening of the Casa Criativa CMOC (CMOC Creative House) in Ouvidor. The space is dedicated to promoting culture, technology and innovation. Since its launch in Catalão in 2023, the Creative House has reached over 9,000 people through 90 events and 40 free courses. With the expansion to Ouvidor, the program aims to bring cultural education and creative economy projects to even more people. The Creative House will serve as a hub for artists, cultural groups, producers and technology developers to exchange ideas and collaborate. It will offer technical workshops, training courses, cultural performances, and a "creative incubator" program to help local groups turn their ideas into tangible outcomes. The initiative is sponsored by CMOC Brasil under Brazil's Federal Culture Incentive Law, reflecting the Company's commitment to human development and unlocking the socio-economic potential of the region.

The initiative has been well received by the community. At the inauguration ceremony, Cebinha Nascimento, Mayor of Ouvidor, expressed gratitude for CMOC Brasil's continued partnership and highlighted the importance of the Creative House for children's education and for improving residents' quality of life, further strengthening community trust and appreciation for the Company.

The second initiative expands the Programa Saúde na Roça (Country Health Program) to the rural area of Ouvidor dos Cláudios. The program was previously implemented successfully in Catalão. It uses fully equipped mobile health units to deliver high-quality medical services to remote rural communities, including medical consultations, nursing care, routine examinations, and specialist referrals. The program not only brings healthcare closer to residents but also promotes preventive and continuous health management tailored to local needs.

Through these actions, CMOC Brasil further consolidates its commitment to responsible and sustainable operations, continuing to support social inclusion, education, health and overall well-being in neighboring communities.
