For the first half of the year, the Company expects net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB15.5–16.5 billion, representing year-on-year growth of 78.76%–90.29%. At the midpoint of the guidance range, first-half earnings would exceed the Company’s full-year 2024 result and represent nearly 80% of its 2025 annual profit, setting another record for the same period.
CMOC has entered a new stage of high-quality development, combining scale with operational capability through platform-based operations and refined management. Looking ahead, the Company will continue to advance its “6-2-2” management model, execute its copper-and-gold growth strategy, strengthen its platform capabilities, and build a world-class mining company with global competitiveness and distinctive strengths.
