In 2024, the company registered a revenue of RMB213.029 billion, up 14.37% YoY, net profit attributable to the parent company of RMB13.532 billion, up 64.03% YoY; EBITDA of RMB 35.322 billion, up 74.77% YoY; and an EPS of RMB0.63, up 65.79% YoY. Operating cash flow reached RMB32.387 billion, up 108.38% YoY. The total liabilities-to-assets ratio was 49.52%, down 8.88 percentage points YoY.
■ All Production Targets Achieved
In 2024, the company set new records in the production of copper, cobalt, niobium, and phosphate fertilizer. Copper production reached 650,161 tonnes, up 55% YoY, propelling CMOC into the ranks of the world’s top 10 copper producers and making it the company with the largest copper production growth globally in 2024. Cobalt production reached 114,165 tonnes, up 106% YoY. Niobium production reached 10,024 tonnes, up 5% YoY. Phosphate fertilizer, tungsten, and molybdenum production were 1.18 million tonnes, 8,288 tonnes, and 15,396 tonnes, respectively.

IXM Achieved Record Performance
In 2024, IXM maintained stable volumes while increasing profitability, with total physical trading volume reaching 5.54 million tonnes. Net profit attributable to the parent company reached RMB1.353 billion, up 48% YoY.
Key Projects Progressed as Planned
TFM mixed ore project achieved production and quality targets as scheduled. The company is planning new expansion projects, with phased results achieved in deep exploration at TFM and KFM. Heshima Hydropower project in the DRC was signed and is underway to provide an additional 200 MW of generation capacity when completed.
ESG Leadership Strengthened
The company maintained an MSCI ESG AA rating, placing it in the top 13% of the global non-ferrous metal industry, and it was included in the FTSE4Good Index Series for the first time. The carbon emission intensity of the company's copper products is lower than that of 70% of global mining companies, and the company disclosed Scope 3 carbon emissions data for the first time. In 2024, CMOC contributed RMB191 billion to the global economy and invested RMB292 million in community development programs around the world.
