Mr. Ma Fei, born in 1977, holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Renmin University of China. He has successively served as a Consulting Director at Mercer Consulting Company, a Senior Partner and Managing Director of Consulting Business in China at Willis Towers Watson (formerly Towers Watson), Senior Vice President at Zhongliang Holdings Group, a company listed on the Stock Exchange , and a Global Senior Partner at Hay Group. Since 2023, he has been the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cathay Fortune Capital Investment Co., Ltd. and concurrently serves as an Independent Director of Zhengyuan Geomatics Group Co., Ltd., a company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
