On December 20, 2019, CMOC organized a compliance training for the executive management team. Mr. Steele Li, Chairman of CMOC, presided over the training. Ms. Guo Bingna, partner of the law firm White & Case LLP, is the speaker. This training included four parts: anti-bribery/anti-corruption, sanctions and export controls, business and human rights, and environmental risks. Through various business cases, the speaker fully explained the compliance requirements and the risks of violations for international business operations in above-mentioned fields. The attendees actively interacted with the speaker with questions and comments related to their daily work. The Board Office also distributed the training materials to all the directors and supervisors of the Board.
